REX is a gorgeous red and white Blue-
REX needs a home with secure fencing where he can hang out, run around and dig (he will dig). He cannot be exposed to other animals in the yard. This includes potential fence fighting with neighbor’s dogs or the potential for the neighbor’s cat to stray inside. REX’s owner should familiar with the stubbornness and unpredictability one would expect from the combination of breeds. Because of his personality REX is not one to be taken hiking, heading to dog park or hanging at the beach. He needs to be a homebody.
REX is a fun loving boy who likes to play ball (more accurately called keep away). He would make an excellent companion for a couple who live away from the hustle and bustle and don’t get many visitors. His fosters have a VERY SELECT few friends and family that are allowed to socialize with REX. REX is very smart. He knows his room is his home (right by the back door) and goes directly in from outside. He is also crate trained. He’d willingly go in when crated, and a simple “Go Lay Down” gets him to go in. He can be a little mischievous so crating or confining to his own room is recommended if leaving the house. REX has never had an accident in the house.
